In the Accounts or Components View, there are Navigation buttons at the top of the page.

You can click on an Account / Folder to go back to that or the very left 'Home' to reach the root level.

You can also choose to Upload Files inside a Folder such as PDFs if you feel they are relevant.

For the Components View, the Upload Files will be replaced with Uploading Meshes.
